What is the Mi Jogar Project? |
The Mi Hogar project is an effort to build an orphanage in Juarez Mexico to care and educate for up to 60 abandoned and orphaned children in that city. We depend on the generosity everyone including ourselves here at Rescuing the Captive Children contribute. EVERY dollar donated is spent to buy bricks and other building materials. We just cannot do it with our limited resources alone, we need your help. |

November 20, 2008 View INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL TOUR Must have QUICKTIME to view. GET IT HERE God has accomplished Much this last summer for the Mi Hogar Orphanage! The walls and the roof are up for the east wing. the kitchen is useable now and we have the caretakers moved into the little room on the premisis for the winter. God has supplied our needs as we had faith for every step of the project. Many wonderful teams of people from around the country including Youth Works and our own Masters Commission team from First Assembly of God in Las Cruces came this summer and did a fantastic job putting up the buildings, walls and rebar. We also got he roof on the kitchen and the entire east wing. We look forward to working with these teams again this next year 2009. We are trusting that God will provide all the funds, workers and finances to complete this orphanage by this next winter. God Bless you all for your support. Rescuing the Captive Children Board |
